I think fabulous tan is a warm and friendly place, where the staff there are very helpful and hospitable. My initial good impression is when I thought the sales staff are very resourceful, and engaging, but not pushy. Details are explained to customers without any obligation, unlike some hard-selling tactics expected from sales staff.

The nature of the services and products are mostly catered to the niche market, and it helps that the people there are all very friendly.

As for the specifics, I think your net-working in the niche market is quite wide, so it helps in your cross-tying promotion with other vendors. Time to time, there are promotions and new products available, but only thing is usually customers find out through words of mouth, and from approaching the sales staff. Maybe it might help if the promotions get to the customers in other means more readily available. [e.g: through media, advertising, etc]

the facilities, well what do i need to say.. haha.. is easy to use after u all made intro of the tanning facilities. in fact at first i tot tanning in a capsule is quite boring as there's nothing to do when inside it. but until u all made a brief intro n saying there's a stero system.. thats so cool.. haha.. well tanning in the capsule will never be the same again. lol.. will u all implementing tv in it??? wahahha... oops.

lastly, u all will update from time to time about new things that is in fabulous. . it felt great as u all treated the customers as important.

Having visiting both bugis and orchard branch frequently, i've been recieving unconditional help from zeph at the orchard branch

Zeph has been very helpful in assisting my tanning sessions at fabulous tan.

What i enjoyed most at my time in the orchard branch was the concept of the open space and lounging area at the orchard branch. no matter how busy zeph would be attending to other clients. he would sit down and gather feedback from each session there at the tanning salon and treat me as a friend too. This is rather encouraging as being fair skinned by nature. i am always easily burnt and zeph has provided excellent advise on what to do. and the timing to set in the booths. he has been wonderful in assisting my tanning sessions and thought i still get burnt once in awhile due to my folly. zeph has also suggested brands of moisturers to use to help it.

Lastly i also tried the fish therapy with Zeph at his branch as suggested by bernard as the fishes there are generally more friendly, he was great in assistance. though i kept laughing out loud being really sensative. he would pop his head in to check if i needed any other help and ask me not to worry about the noise i make there :)

it has been an awesome experience in my time with fabulous tan and i hope to hear more from you guys in future!
